You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. For a standard return, the item must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Email info@toco67.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Our store and return address is TOCO67 – Store & Returns, Westvlietweg 101, 2495 AD Den Haag, The Netherlands.

For standard returns, including a change of mind, you pay the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. If an incorrect, defective or damaged product is confirmed, TOCO67 covers reasonable return shipping costs and arranges an appropriate solution.

Orders are prepared within up to 2 business days after payment is received. After dispatch, estimated transit times are 1–3 business days for Benelux, 1–5 business days for the EU and United Kingdom, and up to 14 business days for the rest of the world. These estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping costs depend on your destination, parcel size and weight, and the available service. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions are displayed on the website or at checkout.
