You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. For a standard return, the item must be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, including a change of mind, you pay the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. If an incorrect, defective or damaged product is confirmed, TOCO67 covers reasonable return shipping costs and arranges an appropriate solution.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within up to 2 business days after payment is received. After dispatch, estimated transit times are 1–3 business days for Benelux, 1–5 business days for the EU and United Kingdom, and up to 14 business days for the rest of the world. These estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery.
